Its very simple to upload your avatar...

Goto your profile

Goto the AVATAR Tab

Click browse and click the picture you want....(you can get pics off google too!)

your supposed to go to paint when you want to take screenshot make a box around your char and copy it save it in j peg
go to avatar browse look for your pic open it and there you go
